Have a question about our show? Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we get. We want to make the experience as simple and enjoyable for you and your family!

How do I purchase a ticket?

Purchase online: You can purchase your vehicle pass in advance by visiting your event location web page and select “Buy Tickets” to purchase online, credit card only.

On-site Pass Purchases: Vehicle passes are sold at the front gate, Cash or Credit accepted. Advance purchase is recommended for easier admittance.

Do I have to use my vehicle pass on a specific day?

Your vehicle pass is redeemable any day during the 2023 season.

What is your policy for bad weather?

We will do our best to notify the public as quickly as possible if we must close due to bad weather conditions. If poor weather occurs please check our website and social media platforms for updates from us.

When is the Nebraska Christmas Lights Show Open?

The show opens November 24th and closes for the season on January 3rd.

Open daily from 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Can I exit my vehicle during the show?

Please remain inside your vehicle at all times for your safety and the safety of other patrons. Please observe all signs and directions. Please do not tailgate the vehicle in front of you. Keep a safe distance, as cars in front of you may stop suddenly. Be alert of slow or stopped vehicles.

Can I re-enter the venue?

One vehicle pass is redeemable for one drive through of the Nebraska Christmas Light Show.

Can I have a dog in my vehicle?

Absolutely! However, to ensure the safety of your dog and others please make sure they stay inside the vehicle.

What does a vehicle pass cover?

A vehicle pass is redeemable for one carload of up to 12 passengers. Vehicles accommodating more than 12 passengers will have to purchase more than one ticket.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final and promotions and discounts cannot be added retroactively. Tickets are valid any day during the open season. If the venue permanently closes for the season due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather an unused advanced purchased vehicle passes may be refunded at the discretion of the venue management.

What is the cost of a vehicle pass?

All vehicle passes start at $20/weekday and $25/weekend. No passengers are permitted in the back of pickup trucks. Follow local traffic safety laws.

Do you offer group discounts?

At this point in time we are not offering group discounts or any other discounts.

Can I take pictures during the event?

Photography is permitted from inside your vehicle.

Should I turn off my headlights?

Yes, please turn off your headlights when you drive through the Nebraska Christmas light show display. If you cannot turn your lights off, please turn your lights on dim. Please remember to turn your headlights back on when exiting the show.

What size buses can go through?

The maximum clearance is 10 feet tall and 20 feet long.
